In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered, is different from what you had ordered, you may refuse to accept the merchandise courier/inform us. For the process of exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags.
Easy Online Domestic Returns, Exchanges and Refund:
Return Procedure (not applicable during COVID times):
Please note that the following details in your reverse pick-up request are mandatory: your order number and a list specifying the items you wish to return. Once your request has been successfully registered, you will receive a reverse-pickup courier AWB number from us. Once received, we request you to follow the instructions given below:
- Pack the item you wish to return in the original delivery package, please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it in and all the tags of the product are in place.
- Ensure that the parcel is packed properly.
- When our courier partner arrives, hand over the parcel.
- Once we receive the returned courier at our facility, we will then credit the amount into your bank account.
- The sarees which are given away as gifts can not be exchanged or returned.
- The color of saree and length of blouse are mentioned clearly. No request can be accepted to change the color or replace the blouse piece with another length size.
Exchange Policy (not applicable during COVID times):
In case, you would like to exchange saree for another saree, we offer exchange within 7 days of order delivery. Once we receive saree back, we will offer you a credit note, which can be used on any other product on portal.
Refund Policy (not applicable during COVID times):
Once we receive product back in our store, we will initiate bank account transfer. If the payment is done through payment gateway then a refund will be initiated to same account number which was used to make transfer. In case of COD/other payment methods, we will request bank account details from the customer to initiate the bank transfer. It may take upto 3 working days for the bank transfer after receiving bank account details.
We do not offer merchandise Exchange or Return on orders shipped internationally. In an unlikely event if any merchandise you have received is in a damaged condition or defective, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our team member will guide you on this matter.
