We want you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, let us know. You can return the Saree and place a new order for another colour or a different design.
In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered, is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise. For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags.
Due to COVID-19, we have reduced our return period. The merchandise return is valid only on the delivery day. So let's say, if you receive courier on 1st of January then return request has to be made on 1st of January without fail. We need to do this to ensure less contact with the product and for safety of our lovely customers in this pandemic time. The return request needs to be sent to our id - email@example.com. In order to maintain records, we can not accept request made on WhatsApp/Facebook. You will receive the response on your email on the same day with the date of reverse pick up schedule.
Easy Online Domestic Returns, Exchanges and Refund:
We offer free reverse pick-up services for all orders shipped within India. To initiate a reverse pick-up process for your order, kindly send in your request at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that the following details in your reverse pick-up request are mandatory: your order number and a list specifying the items you wish to return. Once your request has been successfully registered, you will receive a reverse-pickup courier AWB number from us. Once received, we request you to follow the instructions given below:
- Pack the item you wish to return in the original delivery package, please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it in and all the tags of the product are in place.
- Ensure that the parcel is packed properly.
- When our courier partner arrives, hand over the parcel.
- Once we receive the returned courier at our facility, we will then credit the amount in your bank account.
No Returns/Exchange will be allowed in following cases:
- The sarees which are given away in gifts/or using special coupon code at check out can not be exchanged or returned. The clearance sale/festival sale items can not be returned or exchanged.
- The color of saree and length of blouse are mentioned clearly. No request can be accepted to change the color or replace the blouse piece with another length size.
- Returned product, exchanged product, product shipped twice to the customer (due to failed delivery in first attempt/any other reason) will not be eligible for refund/re-return/exchange again.
We do not offer merchandise Exchange or Return on orders shipped internationally. In an unlikely event if any merchandise you have received is in a damaged condition or defective, please reach out to us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our team member will guide you on this matter.
Once we receive product back in our store, we will initiate bank account transfer. If the payment is done through payment gateway then a refund will be initiated to same account number which was used to make transfer. In case of COD/other payment methods, we will request bank account details from the customer to initiate the bank transfer. It may take upto 3 working days for the bank transfer after receiving bank account details.
